Wisa , Cascade , Rapide and Evo flush valves and spare parts  are no longer in production , We highly recommend customers who have these valves installed in their Imperial toilet to fit one of our retrofit kits but also understand that sometimes the budget just isn't there to provide a long term solution just yet, so for customers in this situation we are still able to supply outlet washers to suit these old valves 

Unfortunately we are unable to provide support in regards to the installation of these washers and strongly advise that you look at fitting one of our retrofit solutions where long term solution is required

As original Imperial outlet / flush valves have not been manufactured in at least 7 years and will likely be quite brittle we suggest you treat this solution as a possible "band aid" fix and this is not likely  going to provide a long term repair

Imperial valves used one of two washers: either a Flat style or Raised style and we have both available for purchase 

Note: If you have already purchased a retrofit kit off us in the past these washers will not suit the more robust valves in our retrofit kits so if this is the case please don't purchase one of these washers please look at our retrofit kit spares section for these washers instead
