Terms & Conditions:

These terms apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by imperialtoiletrepair.com.au  (Imperial Toilet Repair ABN 69 639 667 497) and may be updated by us from time to time without notice. It is therefore important for all customers to check the terms and conditions of sale prior to placing an order.

No amendment, alteration, waiver or cancellation of any of these Terms is binding on Us unless confirmed by an authorised representative of imperialtoiletrepair.com.au in writing.

The Customer acknowledges that no employee or agent of  imperialtoiletrepair.com.au has any right to make any representation, warranty or promise in relation to a product or the sale of any products that would conflict with these Terms of Sale.

Deliveries:

All deliveries are dispatched by Australia Post (Registered, signature required on delivery)  on a Thursday and once your payment is clear we will dispatch from our office in Victoria by the Thursday at the end of that week  (8PM Tuesday is the cut-off for orders to be sent the Thursday of that week ) 

Once your order is sent you will receive a email with your tracking details you can also check the status by logging into your account 

Should you wish to accept all liability during transit you may request that your order be left without requiring a signature on delivery ,  please email us prior to completing the checkout to request this option and then leave instructions in the allocated area in the final checkout window we will only send your order without a signature on delivery if you have emailed us first regardless of what instructions you have left at the checkout 

Note: We cannot advise Australia post to leave your item in a specific location or guarantee that Australia post will leave your item at your site 

Damage in Transit:

When your order is received if any damage is found please email  sales@imperialtoiletrepair.com.au with some images of the damage encountered and we will respond within 48 hours.

Copyright:

The copyright and any other intellectual property rights in the material that are contained or displayed in this website and supplied with our products purchased from us are the exclusive property of Imperialtoiletrepair.com.au. Any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this website without the express written consent of Imperialtoiletrepair.com.au is prohibited.

Title:

Legal and beneficial ownership of any goods purchased by the Customer will not pass to the Customer until such time as the goods have been paid for in full in cash or cleared funds.

Risk:

Any goods sold and/or delivered to the Customer are entirely at the risk to the Customer from the moment of delivery to the Customer’s point of delivery or on collection, regardless of whether title has passed to the customer.


Returns & Refunds:

If a return to us is required this will only be accepted if first approved by us,

Please read the information (website description) on the product prior to purchase in full and if you are unsure please email us for clarification prior to completion of checkout as we will not honor a cancellation of your order , return or refund   request on the basis of " Change of mind" this includes (but is not limited to) a product you have ordered and not required after ordering or found to have not been suitable for your specific situation (regardless of shipping status) , faulty products or products damaged in transit  will be exchanged as per our warranty & standard terms 

If you are unable to install our products due to the original installer incorrectly originally installing the suite or you break any part of the cistern during installation this is not cause for a refund and as this is not a issue with the products we provide a request for refund will be declined , We highly recommend you remove items such as old toilet seats or cisterns that may need to be removed for the installation of our products prior to ordering from us.

Should we honor a exchange or refund at our discretion then we reserve the right to provide refund less a 20 % restocking fee this will only be on the basis that the product is complete as provided by us and the cost of return (by post) is at the customers cost .

Pricing:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) 

All prices are correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter the prices for any reason.

Warranty:

This is the warranty relating to the product/s you are purchasing : 

You have purchased a quality product that comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, this warranty covers faults in the product construction, material and assembly excluding installation, Faulty products will be repaired or exchanged at the manufacturers or suppliers discretion but must be first returned to the supplier by the customer.

Faulty items become our property.

 

This Warranty does not include faults caused by:

 

 

Liability:

In the event of a warranty claim, we will at our discretion replace or repair defective products but will not be liable for any injury to any person, damage to any property, any indirect or consequential loss, or in any other respect

Products we supply in general must by regulation be installed by a licenced and registered trade people,

Our maximum liability to the Customer for any loss or damage arising in connection to any purchases or orders made under the purview of these terms shall be limited to the total price of the order.

Dimensions and set outs listed on our site are correct at time of printing however manufacturer / supplier takes no responsibility for printing errors.
